Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of limpeh.me, operated by Limpeh. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Keep your account details accurate, protect your sign-in credentials, and only publish content or contact details you have the right to share.

Claiming a territory gives you permission to use that address through the service; it does not transfer ownership of the limpeh.me domain or grant rights to another person’s name or brand.

You must not use Limpeh to:

• Impersonate another person, company, government body, or institution, or falsely imply affiliation or endorsement.
• Conduct phishing, credential theft, fraud, malware distribution, or deceptive redirection.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or use aliases to evade abuse controls or blocklists.
• Squat on reserved brand territories, infringe trademarks, or claim names to mislead visitors, demand payment from the rightful owner, or resell access.
• Publish unlawful content or interfere with the security or availability of the service.

Reserved names, including admin, support, billing, official, dbs, police, emirates, bank, and limpeh, are unavailable. Limpeh may reserve further territories to prevent confusion or abuse.

Limpeh reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate abusive accounts, disable email aliases, remove offending content, and reclaim territories that violate these terms, without prior notice where necessary to stop harm. Report abuse using the contact below. Enforcement does not remove any non-waivable consumer rights.

You remain responsible for your content and grant Limpeh permission to host and display it to provide the service. Your published card, images, contact details, links, and downloadable vCard are public; visitors may save or share them. Keep private information out of your public card.

The annual plan price is US $29. Any paid subscription, renewal terms, and applicable charges must be shown before you authorize payment. Billing is not currently connected; a displayed plan price alone does not mean you have an active paid subscription.

Email forwarding requires provider activation. Outbound sending requires separate SMTP provisioning and is not enabled by forwarding alone. Third-party outages or restrictions may affect service availability.

Limpeh may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes affecting a paid subscription will be communicated before they take effect where required by applicable law.
