Privacy Policy

What you share, what stays out of your public card, and how to request removal of your information.

Last updated: 1 November 2026

1. Account and profile information

Limpeh uses account information to provide sign-in and manage your card. Profile information includes your territory, name, title, company, location, intro, photos, skills, action links, and any phone number or messaging link you choose to add. Published profile information is visible to visitors and can be downloaded in a vCard.

Your forwarding inbox address is held separately from your public profile and is not included in public card reads or contact downloads. It is shared with the forwarding provider to route your email.

2. Email forwarding and message content

Limpeh uses Forward Email to route messages addressed to your @limpeh.me alias to your chosen inbox. Limpeh’s alias setup sends the provider your alias and delivery address; the application does not offer a mailbox or store incoming email bodies as profile data.

In-transit-only delivery and zero email-content logging across the forwarding provider and your destination inbox have not been confirmed. We do not promise either. Delivery handling, retention, and provider logging are subject to those services’ own policies; messages may be stored by your destination email service.

Limpeh retains alias status and setup messages to report provisioning results. Operational diagnostics may record setup failures; this is separate from incoming email-content handling.

3. Hosted data and uploaded photos

Account, profile, forwarding settings, and uploaded media are hosted in Lovable Cloud. Photo storage buckets are private, but uploaded photos are displayed through long-lived signed links. Anyone with one of those links may be able to view the photo, including visitors to your public card. Private buckets do not make published photos confidential.

Removing an image from your card does not necessarily erase its stored file or invalidate an existing signed link. Request stored-media deletion using the contact below if you need the underlying file removed.

4. Cookies, external links, and diagnostics

Sign-in uses browser session storage to keep you authenticated. Operational diagnostics help identify failures. If you follow an external action link, use a connected email client, or sign in with a third-party provider, that provider’s privacy policy also applies. Limpeh does not control copies visitors save or data held by those services.

5. Access, correction, and deletion requests

You can edit your public profile and forwarding address in the dashboard. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account, profile, forwarding settings, alias, and uploaded files using the contact below. Send requests from your account email and identify the territory concerned; we may verify ownership before acting.

Account deletion is currently handled by request, not an automated dashboard control. A deletion request should include stored media and alias removal when applicable. Records may need to be retained where legally required. Copies already saved by visitors or held by third parties are not controlled by Limpeh.
